Steve Crawford Trucking, Inc and its sister company, SCT of Ohio, Inc., provide transportation services to FedEx Ground. Currently, we operate from three locations: St. Louis, MO, Ft. Collins, CO, and Zanesville / Cambridge, OH We employ excellent people that provide extraordinary service.

We pay our drivers, by the mile for linehaul, with drop and pay additions based on an hourly scale.
Our goal is to give you a consistent, predictable schedule and wage so that you can plan your spending and enjoy life. We also have hourly pay for short runs, so that the drivers can be compensated for the value they bring.
Bonuses are available, depending on performance requirements.
Starting pay rates will depend on experience, service, and location.
YES! We think that they are excellent.
We offer a great health insurance plan. We cover 60% of the cost for the employee AND for dependents. A dental option is available also.
We offer a simple IRA for retirement, where we match up to 3% of your pay, subject to required laws and regulations.
Once you have joined the team, you will immediately begin to accrue vacation hours. They can be used as soon as you like. You will accrue 2 hours per week for six years, and then 3 hours per week for 7+ years of service. These days can be used as vacation, sick leave, personal days, whatever you like.
We also have 6 paid holidays schedule: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
